How to Order
Our products can be purchased :

•  Online and pay by credit card via Paypal

•  By Phone or Fax if you are schools, nurseries or children centres and have an account with us.

•  By cheque payment, please contact us for details and order form.

Order Delivery
Orders are usually despatched within 24hrs of receipt of order and customers should receive the goods within 3 working days. However in some cases please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We will send e-mail confirmation when orders have been despatched.

Delivery Charges
We offer FREE delivery for orders of £50.00 or over in the UK .

For orders under £50.00, the delivery charges are £5.95. Should you be in the North East area and would like to save the delivery charges, you may pick up the goods in our Sunderland showroom. Address is in our Home page.

For delivery to overseas address, please contact us for correct postage.

Prices and Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT (except children Bibs and Aprons) and are in GBP. Delivery charges will be added at the checkout if the order is below £50.00.

Cancellations and Returns
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you wish to modify, exchange or cancel your order please return our e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order stating your wishes to modify or cancel your order. Items must be undamaged, we are unable to accept goods that have been used in anyway.

For the return of items, please ensure that the item is suitably packaged, we will not accept items that have been damaged in the post. And for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the returning items. Goods should then be sent to the address given on our Home page. Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice; all undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the purchaser's original credit card. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty and Damaged Items
It is rare that our items may be defective, however it can happen. If you receive an item that is defective please contact us at sales@doodle-world.com with full details of your order and the product in question and the fault. We will replace the faulty goods as soon as possible.

Colour Accuracy
Every effort has been made to render colours accurately. However, due to the constraints of digital reproduction on various web browsing platforms, we cannot guarantee true colour representations. We have also endeavoured to ensure descriptions and measurements are correct. All items are subject to acceptance and availability at the time of ordering.

Safety Standard
All our products conform to European Safety Standards and carry the CE mark. Each product has an age suitability recommendation to ensure that your purchase is age appropriate and safe for the child intended. However, parental or adult supervision can allow younger children to also enjoy the products.
